Job Summary

A Production Team Member will be responsible for effectively operating commercial embroidery machines, heat presses & POD machines based on the customer requirements. Ability to work independently and maintain effective performance measures. On the job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Shift: Tuesday-Thursday, First Shift: 10am-4:00pm, with a 30-minute break
•  
• Pay: $15/hr+ occasional bonuses
• Work Attire: Casual
• Operates commercial embroidery machines (on the job training provided)
• Operates commercial heat press machines (on the job training provided)
• Operates commercial On Demand Printing equipment (on the job training provided)
• Understands and ensures quality measures are met, to successfully produce apparel
• Demonstrates knowledge of the proper processes to maintain accuracy
• Actively controls and structures use of time to most effectively accomplish work, projects and goals
• Read and understand basic order details

• 5 hour shifts minimum 3 days a week
